Shipping and Handling Policy - TurkeyTail Farm
Thank you for shopping at TurkeyTail Farm! We strive to provide you with the freshest, highest-quality farm products. Please review our shipping and handling policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to product availability.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on shipping method and will be displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:
Priority Mail flat rate.
Local Delivery: $5- with in 7 days
Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Local delivery is available to customers located within Chico, ca.
We currently ship to all 50 states in the US.
3. Local Delivery:
If you are within our local delivery range, you will see the local delivery option at checkout.
Local deliveries are typically made onFridays between10am-4pm.
We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages:
TurkeyTail Farm is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier and then contact us so we can assist in anyway possible.
We recommend keeping all original packaging and documentation if a claim needs to be filed.
6. Perishable Goods:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we take extra care in packaging and shipping.
It is the customers responsibility to be available to recieve perishable goods at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for spoilage due to customer delay in retrieving delivered goods.
7. Pick-Up Options:
We offer farm pick-up at our pop-up markets
Please select the pop-up pick up option at checkout.
8. Shipping Restrictions:
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature or destination.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to shipping restrictions.

Refund and Return Policy - TurkeyTail Farm
Thank you for shopping at TurkeyTail Farm. We are committed to providing you with high-quality farm products. Please review our refund and return policy below:
1. Returns:
No returns will be accepted for any product if the package has been opened or the seal is broken.
Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, and to ensure food safety, we cannot accept returns on opened items.
2. Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the form of store credit only.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order regarding any issues.
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis and only if there is a clear error on TurkeyTail Farms part.
We may request photographic evidence or other documentation to assess the issue.
We do not offer refunds for products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
We do not offer refunds for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@turkeytailfarm.com or 530-591-0198.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a store credit for the damaged or incorrect item.
Again any refund will be issued in store credit only.
4. Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
